Robert F. Borg, P.E., Fellow, ASCE, Master Builder Construction Institute ASCE. Robert F. Borg is not only a licensed Professional Engineer, but also a graduate lawyer and a member of the New York Bar. He founded the company in 1955. He is still active not only as an owner but as Chairman of the Company. He is intimately involved in all decision making and policies of the organization
Samuel C. Florman, P.E., Fellow, ASCE, is a member of the National Academy of Engineering. He holds two degrees from Dartmouth College and a Masters degree from Columbia University. He is the author of six books and many articles in connection with which he has received numerous awards and honorary degrees. As Chairman he is also actively engaged in the company as he has been for the past 49 years.
Joseph Zelazny, a graduate civil engineer, has over 40 years of experience in the construction industry. He is President of the company. As President he is responsible for the day-to-day operations and management of the entire organization. Previous to joining the company he was in charge of numerous large-scale construction projects both in the United States and abroad.
Dean J. Borg, the holder of a Masters Degree in Real Estate Development from Columbia University is the Senior Vice President of Kenco Communities of Boca Raton, Florida, one of the largest developers of homes and highrise apartments in southern Florida.
Walt Glickenhaus is a retired insurance executive and an investor. He resides in New York City.
