The project consists of a landmark style building in the Ladies Mile Historic District of Chelsea. Construction Manager, Kreisler Borg Florman General Construction Company had to remove rock without blasting because of the proximity to the subway walls on 6th Avenue, 40,000 cubic yards of rock were removed for the project's excavation.
The 20-story building has a host amenities which include a 12,000 square foot landscaped private roof deck and formal landscaped European garden with Carrera statuary, valet parking with direct building access, maid and valet services, wine cellar and tasting room, and many residences that feature terraces and balconies. Many of the apartments have walkin closets. Climate control for lower electric bills is also included as well as multiple telephone lines and high speed internet with choice of providers. All kitches have imported blue pearl granite counters and passthru's. Absolute black granite floors and imported custom cabinetry with top of the line stainless steel appliances.
